Vegetables Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients Required:

1. One cup finely chopped potatoes
2. Half cup finely chopped potatoes
3. Half cup finely chopped carrots
4. Half cup finely chopped cabbage
5. Two tblsp oil
6. Half cup finely chopped onions
7. Salt to taste
8. Half tsp chilli powder
9. One – fourth tsp turmeric powder 
10. Two tblsp plain flour (maida)
11. Half cup plain flour dissolved with ¾ cup of water
12. Bread crumbs for rolling
13. Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan add onions in it and sauté it for 1 min.
2. Add all the potatoes, cabbage, carrots, French bean and mix well.
3. Cover and cook for 10-12 min or till vegetables cooked sprinkle little water around 2 tblsp to avoid from burning, remember to stir vegetables occasionally while cooking.
4. Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and plain flour, mix well and sauté on medium flame for 1-2 min.
5. Mash the mixture and transfer it to plate let it be cool.
6. Divide the mixture into seven equal portions into flat oval.
7. Dip each cutlet into prepared plain flour mixture and roll in a bread crumbs till they are evenly coated from every side.
8. Heat the oil in skillet deep fry each cutlet till become golden brown.
9. Serve yummy cutlet with tomato ketchup.
